You find our approach to the Culture Risk Index interesting – and are now here to take the first step yourself: With this Culture Risk Screening, you can make a rough assessment in just a few minutes of how high the cultural risk of a project is from today's perspective.

Important: The screening is intentionally kept concise. This is often sufficient for initial orientation. For concrete decisions with real implications – such as purchases, integration, or major renovations – we recommend a full assessment based on a joint discussion or analysis.

Ultimately, it's not a question of the instrument, but a question of responsibility: You can set the course, validate the figures, and structure the deal. The crucial question is: Does the system support this decision – or not? Asking this question early doesn't lead to a more cautious decision, but rather a clearer one.
