Culture Risk Screening
This screening provides an initial view of cultural risks. It is not intended to judge a culture as good or bad. Instead, it highlights where significant differences in leadership, decision-making, collaboration or trust—relative to your own organisation—could impede the execution of a transaction or initiative and compromise value realisation.
What is it for?
A streamlined analysis of significant cultural differences to determine whether Culture Due Diligence should be considered or whether a more in-depth post-deal assessment is warranted. How to complete it
- First, rate each statement in the four sections below.
- At the end of each section, assess how reliable your evaluation is based on the information currently available to you.
- Once complete, select “View results” to access your results.
How is the Culture Risk Score calculated?
On this page, you first assess the risk profile. On the following page, you define the depth of change. Together, these two factors determine the execution risk, or Culture Risk Score.Data privacy: Your responses are processed locally in this browser only. They are not submitted to a server or transmitted to us. When you open the results, the assessment data is embedded in the results link so that your results can be displayed in a new tab. Questionnaire
Rate each statement based on your assessment of the company you are considering (the target) compared with your own organisation. Focus on initial perceptions and signals rather than reaching a definitive judgement.
If you cannot assess a question, or can do so only to a limited extent, provide your best estimate and reflect any remaining uncertainty in the “Reliability of assessment” rating.
