KULTUR! MONITOR 2030

With the Kultur! Monitor 2030, we want to better understand which challenges will shape businesses most in the coming years, and what cultural conditions are needed to turn them into opportunities rather than obstacles. We are less interested in culture as a subject in itself than in culture as a prerequisite for future readiness, growth, integration and change.

Our interviewees are business owners, members of advisory boards and governance bodies, family offices, and senior business leaders.

Our goal is to make experiences visible, learn from one another, and better understand the cultural conditions businesses will need to successfully meet the challenges of their time.

We are currently still in the dialogue and research phase. The findings will first be shared in full with the contributors to the Kultur! Monitor. A discussion is planned for spring 2027, focusing not only on the findings, but above all on shared experiences and exchange.
